28 CCR §1300.71(b)(1)

(1) Neither the plan nor the plan’s capitated provider that pays claims shall impose a deadline for the receipt of a claim that is less than 90 days for contracted providers and 180 days for non-contracted providers after the date of service, except as required by any state or federal law or regulation.
