For instructions on how to use this program click on Tutorial in the panel. Under the Main Menu page you will see detailed descriptions of the various letters REVAssurance provides.

REVAssurance empowers your staff to have immediate access to all the information that you need to provide to them. They will visit the knowledge base portal and instantly be able to find the answers they need from a selection of powerful articles and templates.

REVAssurance is a web-based program that runs on any Windows or Apple platform with a broswer installed and an Internet connection. If you need help installing a browser or setting up your printer, see your platform's documentation and help.

1. To install REVAssurance, click on the link above and enter your name and email to access the download page.
2. Download the zip file.
3. Locate the zip file in your downloads folder and unzip its contents.
4. Move the unzipped REVAssurance 4.5 Government folder to an appropriate location on your hard drive.
5. Open the folder from your hard drive and right click on the icon REVAssurance 4.5 to send it to your desktop as a shortcut (On Windows 8: Right click >> Send To >> Desktop (create shortcut)).
6. Repeat step 5 for each user authorized by ERN Enterprises to use this product. [twenty (20) users]
7. Go to your desktop and double click REVAssurance 4.5 to enter site.

Note that step 6 works best if, during step 4, you store the unzipped program on an internal company network (such as a server or shared hard drive) that is accessible by all company computers. From this network, you can then create shortcuts and copy them onto each computer’s desktop.
