Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
MCO payors include: Knox Keene Plans (CA HMOs), Medi-Cal HMOs, BC PPO (except Life and Health), and BS PPO.
Indemnity and Disability Insurers/WC and PPOs
PPO payors include: Indemnity Carriers and ALL OTHER PPOS.
